For gyms that coach hard, not just program hard
Every member gets pushed — even in a room of twenty.
Waypoint gives each member their own pace, load and goal target for every class — built from their own bests, not a generic number on the whiteboard. And it shows the coach, before class, who's turning up cooked, who's carrying a niggle, and who's quietly started to drift.
The problem
The member who goes quiet rarely complains first
In a class of twenty, pacing is usually one-size: the same split, the same scaling, the same workout for the strongest and newest member in the room. Some are coasting. Some are in over their head. Either way, they stop feeling seen — and they don't tell you before they cancel.
Pace, split and load — from their bests
Distance-aware pace for run, row, bike and ski, and load targets from each member's own numbers — so a HYROX class, a metcon, or a strength day is pushing the right person at the right intensity, not a class-wide guess.
A real target, with a roadmap to it
A coach-set goal — a time, a lift, a first rep — turned into a week-by-week progression, so "get fitter" becomes something specific the member can see themselves closing in on.
The coach sees drift before it becomes a cancellation
No new workload for the coach — Waypoint flags who's fallen off their own pace, who hasn't touched a PB in weeks, or whose attendance has quietly dropped, before that member decides to leave. That's the retention lever: catching it while there's still something to do about it.
The founding gym offer
Built around how you already coach, not the other way round
I'm taking on two or three founding gyms, full stop — not a waitlist for a generic product.
Tailored to your gym
Your sessions, your scaling philosophy, your branding. It's shaped around how your coaches already run a class, not a template they have to adapt to.
Founding pricing, locked in
Well below what a tool like this normally costs, for as long as you use it — the early-access trade for shaping it with me.
A direct line to the person building it
Not a support ticket queue. Feedback goes straight to the build, and you get a real say in what's prioritised next.
Runs alongside what you use now
No ripping out your booking system or your current app. Waypoint sits next to it and does the one job those tools don't: personal targets and the attention radar.
Honest, not finished: you'd be an early gym, and that's exactly why it's cheap, custom, and built around you rather than the reverse. Cancel any time — nothing to lose by trying it.

The process
How it works
No migration, no new app for members to download.
Share your sessions and bests
Your class structure, scaling options, and whatever bests and maxes you already track for members.
Waypoint builds the targets
Per-member pace, load and goal targets for every class, and a running radar on who's drifting off their own pace or attendance.
Your coaches keep the credit
The attention still comes from your coaches — Waypoint just tells them, before class, exactly where to point it.
Who's behind it
Built by someone who trains in these classes
I left my last gym for exactly the reason Waypoint exists: I went under the radar in a group class and nobody noticed until I'd already stopped booking in.
Waypoint is built by one engineer, end to end — the pacing math, the goal roadmaps, the coach-facing radar. No sales team, no support desk standing between you and the person who writes the code. If something's wrong with how it fits your gym, you tell me directly and it gets fixed.
